Hi,
My name is Svetlana. I was born in Russia in 1962. In 1998 my family - me, my husband Aleks, sons Stepan and Michael, and our airedale-terrier Hrisenda moved to United States. Being a psychologist, a business owner, and a Real Estate investor back in Russia made me positive about the career in America. In 1999 I became a licensed Realtor. I am delighted to dedicate my life to serving people's Real Estate needs.
My family works with me. My husband is a licensed Loan Officer and a licensed Realtor. My sons help me out with marketing, with the computer, with my Open Houses.
I speak both Russian and English. I like to work with Russian community in Greater Cleveland. I also started getting my CIPS designation, which is Certified International Property Specialist. I am doing this to be more professional in serving our multi-cultural community. I also love the idea of international communication between the Real Estate professionals. Our globe is small. Let's make it more friendly together.
In 2007 I earned my Real Estate Broker's license in Ohio. That helped me to start exciting project - new company Local-n-Global Realty. Local-n-Global Realty is dedicated to an idea of equal housing opportunities for people from any background - no matter what language they speak, or how long they have been to America, or what nationality or color they are. Our slogan is Multi-Lingual Real Estate Experts Serving Multi-Cultural Communities.
I like to help people to find their dream home. I like to make sale of the house more smooth and less stressful for my sellers. I like to educate my clients about details of Real Estate transaction, about financing, about inspections, about closing. Knowledge is power. Knowledge of Real Estate means for my clients more comfort, more happiness, more money to enjoy their lives.
I always say that I don't help sell or buy. I help people to be happy with their homes.
